$110 for first swimmer

$85 for second swimmer

$60 for each additional swimmer

Every registered swimmer will receive a Sea Dogs swim cap.

Gaunt Park (Yellow Springs) Pool Waiver of Liability

I (“the Applicant”) understand that swimming is a recreational activity with inherent dangers and that by signing this form, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Village of Yellow Springs, its elected and appointed officials, employees, volunteers, all boards, commissions, authorities, and agents, the Yellow Springs Aquatic Club (aka Sea Dogs) swim team and its employees, volunteers, all boards, and agents, and the Dayton Pool Management, its owners, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability to the Applicant, its personal representatives, assigns, guests, invitees, heirs, next of kin, and minor children of others for whom I am legally responsible (collectively, the “Applicant Parties”) for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to person or property or resulting in death of any person, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise while the Applicant Parties are in, upon, or about Gaunt Park (Yellow Springs) Pool including use of any facilities or equipment therein. Further, I agree to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless the Release Parties and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising from the Applicant’s operations at the Gaunt Park (Yellow Springs) Pool premises, including but not limited to use of equipment or facilities, regardless of whether such harm is caused by the sole or partial fault of the Released Parties.

I agree all information I have included on the team registration application is correct. Misleading or false information could result in termination of team membership without reimbursement.

Team Policies Acknowledgement

I agree that I will abide by the policies spelled out in the Yellow Springs Aquatic Club (Sea Dogs) 2025 Sea Dogs Team Handbook. In particular, the handbook has been updated to include a stipulation that the Yellow Springs Aquatic Club may dismiss any swimmer without refund at any time due to unacceptable conduct.

Parent Meeting Notification Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have been notified of the Parent Meeting from 6:30 to 7:45 PM on Thursday 29 May at the Yellow Springs Library. The purpose of this meeting is to orient parents to the upcoming swim season and address any questions or concerns they might have. While this meeting is not required, it is encouraged that you attend if at all possible.
