During this bye week the Sea Dogs will host a Pizza Party and Family Swim. All Sea Dogs swimmers and their families are invited out for an evening of pizza and swimming.

All swimmers need to be there for the entire two-hour practice period today. We will run through a few events the way they happen at a meet, to give new swimmers an idea of what to expect. When swimmers are not needed in the pool, they will tie dye the shirt(s) their family pre-ordered.
